Project Description
We provided the structural design for this tasteful renovation, which has transformed an aged home into the feature of its street. The structure consisted of timber framing roof, walls and floor, over concrete stumps & bore pier footings. The exterior was finished with rendered lightweight cladding and a tiled feature wall to draw the eye.
