Dual Occupancy Development, Oakleigh

This Dual Occupancy development involved the structural design of a new double storey dwelling at the rear of an existing dwelling. The new dwelling consists of a brick veneer ground floor with a light weight clad first floor. The structural raft slab foundations needed to be partially suspended due to an existing infilled pool.
